Warranty on batteries

Does anyone know what the warranty is on batteries from the Singapore store?
Just thought I'd try that first because I have a puffed cell!

Yeah always. Really disappointed because they were/are the best batteries I've had.
Done the online form on the website so now I play the waiting game.

Response from rep within 4 hours.
They fwd'd my email to both the CEO and Singapore manager.
Response from them within 18 hours.
They requested order number, photos, other details.

Replacement on the way!

I totally agree with you on their packs. I've been running them in my heli's for 10 months now and performance is exceptional. My experience with service/support was also great when I blew a cell out of a 14S stick in my Goblin 770. Revo's USA partner FMA repaired it quickly and that stick has held up to over 100 hard flights in my 770 since the repair.

The Revo's are lighter, smaller and hold power better even compared to a set of new TP G8's ($$$) I got this year.

Since we're on the subject of battery warranty, I have a question to ask.

If we have a battery that requires warranty service, do we have to send it back to Singapore? And who pays for the shipping?

I don't have one of their batteries yet. But if I do need warranty service and if it's required to go back to Singapore, I don't want to be stuck for the shipping costs.

I've noticed the prices have increased for 2014.

Prices look roughly the same to me now as they did in December, but I just did a quick survey on their website of packs I'd looked at or bought before.

Hemp, you are correct about the pricing. I was confusing two different battery prices.

I fly revo batterys (5000mah 60c) I love em, period , they always came with cells matched , never balanced poor , always pack a punch , (oh no ive said too much , there goes the stock)
