Here's some pics of my new LOGO XXTREME canopy

It has an Astroid "wild" BL kit, MCPX boom, Extreme Production tail fin, KBDD tail rotor, Airtime Lo-Pro skids, and a Frank Lachmund XXtreme canopy! I have a Goblin canopy on the way as well for my other Nano.

Default Custom Nano

Its a tank at 30g empty. I reinforced the canopy mounts(thx HacksNmods). Extreme landing gear w cf skids instead of the metal ones they give you. Aluminum bits. Just put a mild kit in to help the weight issue 3:00 -4:00 min flight times 3d/norm. shortened the tail 1/2 in, because it broke in a crash and that was the easiest fix. I think it flies better this way. no tail wag or vibes but very loud.

All in all a great flying extremely durable heli that out performs a stocker In nearly every attribute.

How did you get the two boom supports to come together into one mount point on the boom? The pictures don't show it too clear.

The Extreme landing gear kit for the MCP x comes with the tail mount I might have some better pics Mine has some CA due to a crash(es) so it looks a bit rough. Great setup for 8 bucks.

Oh my fastblackbird1 - I like it a lot! It has that "H.R. Giger Alien" feel to it, and the carbon fiber weave on the sides really compliment the windshield.

Well done!

blue canopy & tail fin. Solid carbon fibre tail boom, with microheli motor holder. Air Time skids soon to add some more micro heli parts swash, blade grips and head in red as well. Waiting for a plug n play brushless kit for both motors...

Nice looking heli! Just be careful with those enamel wires wrapped around the tail boom without any protection. It's very easy to short them in an unfortunate crash and say goodbye to your tail fet. Don't ask me how I know
