Default Frame flaw? (Fury55)

Just tearing into the build on my 55. Noticed this as I was getting ready to prep my frames. Anybody else have this spot on there frames? It is the right side frame above where the landinggear block will bolt on. Will hold off with my sandpaper until I get word on it. Hey I waited this long to get a kit, right?

Hey Alex,

Nope, that's not a flaw. I remember the same etching on mine. I can't remember exactly where it is, but it's necessary for another part to fit correctly. No worries!

Thanks for the input guys. Had a feeling it may have been a relife for another part but wanted to make sure a CNC didn't have a glitch or something on this frame.
Joe, how you liking that 55? Get anymore flights on yours? I'm tempted to pulll all the stuff out of my new 600 and transplant it to the Fury. Alot of work and I want all brand new in it though.

Alex,

Heck yes, do it! I hate duplication of effort, but if I were in your shoes, I'd have that 600 sitting naked before I was even done building the Fury (which, by the way, doesn't take long at all!).

I put 6 flights on mine Saturday. I was in heli-heaven. That duralite system I have on board could have done another 4-5 flights. If my brain wasn't mush by then I'd have done it. I nearly burned an entire gallon of fuel. I LOVE this machine. Believe me, you'll thank yourself for flying it sooner rather than later. It's all MinAir. Smooth, fast and very agile. It's hard for me to describe how good I think it is.

We'll be expecting a flight report from you on Monday

-Joey

Pull your gear from your 600 you won't regret it. This is the best flying 50 size machine I have flown! It feels almost like a 90 in the air, just not as much HP!

I have over 12 flights on mine and it has become my favorite machine.
