I've made a few changes to the equipment I'm putting in the 425.
I've changed the tail servo to a Futaba BLS251. The S9254 that I had ordered was on backorder, as was the BEC. I purchased a Castle Creations 10A BEC instead of the Turnigy one. I'm still debating on whether or not to buy a different ESC, however, the Turnigy one has shipped and I'll see how it looks before I decide.

motor: Turnigy 500 H3126 1300KV
ESC: Turnigy Brushless ESC 85A, Turnigy programming card for ESC
BEC: Castle Creations 10A BEC
Gyro: Futaba GY520
Tx: Spektrum DX7
Rx: AR7000
Cyclic: Spektrum DS821
Tail: Futaba BLS251
Step-down regulator: Western Robotics step-down tail servo regulator
Battery: Turnigy 2450mAh 6s 30C (3)
Pinion Gear: 13T for Gaui 425
Blades: 500 Size Carbon Fiber 430mm

I have run into one more roadblock. I thought my battery charger would handle a 6S battery. It turns out it only goes up to 4S.
I have a credit at hobbyking.com and am trying to decide if they have any battery chargers that are worthwhile. I'm currently looking at the iCharger 206B (unfortunately, on backorder) or the iCharger 1010b+. There are a few other chargers on there, but I'm not sure if any of them are any good.

Do you have any recommendations for a good LiPo charger that will work with a 6S pack with decent charge rates? I'd like to stick with the ones on hobbyking due to the credit I have there, but if I can't get a good charger there, I will purchase elsewhere.

Thanks again.

The Accucel 6 50W and Accucel 8 150W are both tempting chargers. The reviews are overall positive, however, there are a few people that have reported problems.

I've been using an ElectriFly Triton and a Triton Jr. for years now and haven't had any problems with them. I really don't want to get into a situation where I can't trust my battery charger.

I'm leaning towards the iCharger 1010b+, however, it is rather expensive.

Best charge imo period is the cellpro 10s
I found one in the us for 139.99, and it will charge up. To 10amps

Has 20 or so presets, and charges 2 packs at once, or 1.
Also can charge, diffrent chemistry types, easy to upgrade and add presets thru
usb cable, and adapter sold separately.

But the best of all feature is when you hook it up the the pc, it will tell you how good or bad your cells are, weak or new, or if your buying a used pack that is" only used 1 time"
you can verify that.
