Default Does 700 and 800 share same battery tray?

There's only one battery tray part list for logo 800 on ReadyHeli.com

I cannot tell you why only one is listed, but I can tell you that the 700 and 800 battery plates are different. The 800's is larger.

The 700 tray is listed in the "coming soon" section.. I've been waiting for another one myself...

That is a good idea and I'm sure he could put lightening holes in them.

I wonder why they went back to solid when at IRCHA Kyle's had lightening holes in them???

The plates from the beginning have always been solid. Kyle's plates were modified in our garage (a messy ordeal by the way)

Other than it would cost Mikado more to manufacture, we see no reason to NOT skeletalize the plates. Weight savings however is relatively minor. Using servos with plastic cases vs. metal cases would probably save more weight

Weight i'd suspect would be of little concern.

Lets hope we can get the solid ones first , then lets see what we can do with them.

Still no luck at RH and rcflightstore
