I have spin 16000k main will I have some improvement if I plug the signal wire to signal tap instead of the pwm motor output?

Did you make it work by having the dual ESC's signal wire plugged into the motor power socket output? Do you experience any problems and expect improvements if you solder the signal wire to the signal tap instead? I don't see any way to "plug" the signal wire to the signal tap.

I currently have the oversky dual ESC and I am trying to find a way to make it work with my V1 board.

Can´t say for sure, because I only ever used the motor out as signal (too small for me to solder to the board), but the only advantage I could see is that you gain better throttle resolution. Seems useless if you fly with governor or flat curves. Maybe the throttle response is meaningful enough to fly in normal mode, but as said I´ve not tried. In fact in one of my mcpxs I have a Walkera esc getting signal off the motor out and throttle resolution is superb.
