Default Trex 450 SE V2 Overview VIDEO

OK here is a complete overview about the Trex450 "official" V2 heli. I show all the changes good and bad.
This does not show a build video as I think that would be redundant (it's not that different) but does go into all the changes and I do a good overview and build of the major change which is the head and thrust bearings.

If you all feel I need to cover some build things let me know and I will.

ENJOY!

VIDEO -> Align SE Version 2 overview PART 1 (50 Megs)

VIDEO -> Align SE Version 2 overview PART 2 (50 Megs)

Here is the V2 Manual in PDF High Resolution 20 megs

Love the new blade grips with thrust bearing. I wonder if the new 4mm feather will hold up better in a crash. Thanks for the update.

WOW! I want one.

They're not putting me out of business, but they sure fixed things I keyed on. They even are using the shorter horiz fin like I made for Torkboy.

Nice vid Bob, thanks

Rick

Man BOB that just looks sweet!

Suddenly the light blue anodizing looks less impressive.

But seriously all I want is the new MOTOR and thrust bearings.

Now all they need is a TORQUE Tube conversion for the SE and I will be in heaven!

The belt is getting a little annoying.

I am so impressed that align actually listened to their customers and made all the important changes!

Bob, how is the new tail pitch slider?
Is it still 0 pitch when the slider is in the center or have they added a bit of positive pitch in their new design?

I just wonder who will be smart enough to package an upgrade kit. New head/spindle/grips setup.

I already have the motor coming.

I fixed the link but it looks like the download server is having a problem. It should be fixed soon.
