Default "priority status" horizon hobby service turn around time?

Anyone know what the wait time is in these situations lately? This is the second service work in two weeks for this heli and I was told its be priority lol...

That is about right, business days wise.

Avg is 9-11 days repair and 2 days shipping or so.

If you send them something, look at a two week period for sure.

TRUST ME though, this is not bad at all and pretty good by all product standards.

Well the first time I was in it took about 2 weeks. I'm just curious how long "priority" takes. They told me priority stuff goes to the front of the line once checked in.

As an update, I called to inquire about this mysterious priority status only to be talked down to like a clue less child that everyone waits the same amount of time. I hung up and called back for a different, much more helpful rep who arranged for a manager to call me who said that indeed, it was supposed to be priority. They received the heli Tuesday and shipped it Thursday.

I'll report back with what they were able to do for me.

I should also mention that I returned my 300x without the 7200bx and the replaced heli is new in box.

I'm confused.. Did you remove the 7200BX from your heli, and then return just the heli for troubleshooting/service?

Yea, I used the 7200bx on a protos since this heli was so far worthless (unbalanced motor bell housing, breaking main shafts, etc) and got the OK to return it without the unit installed, and that they would just work on it as is.

So at the end of the day you ended up getting a 'free' 7200BX then?

Yea... and battery, charger, etc... I'll consider us even after 3 weeks (two times) going to HH service and the factory issues with the 130x requiring a service trip as well as parts.
