Default Protos 500 Parts Now at MSH USA

Parts for the legendary protos 500 are now in stock at MSH USA.

They are also organized in head/frame/tail categories to make it a little easier to find what you are looking for.

Also look out for a banner giving the Protos 500 the respect it has rightfully earned. :-D

Yep, Happy Days are here again! Just in time for the new season.
Was just rebuilding one of the three 500s I own. Notice that I was running low on some parts. Also came to realize that the part supplies from retailers was looking dim.
So, thank you and the site looks good!

Thumbs up

The 500 has always been the "Go to" heli for me, it was my first "big" model as well.
Great to see MSH keeping the support going and hope to be restocking parts soon as well.

After I found out you guys are near San Jose which is pretty close to me, I have actually been scoping out a Protos 500 but was leary on parts. This is great news. I look forward to my first bigger bird soon.

I'm also very happy about this development. I was considering replacing my p500 with something else in this size class but not now. I already ordered a new pinion and adapter from mshusa and service was great and very reasonable shipping cost as well.

Default MSH Direct Left Out?

I've been buying my P500 parts from MSH Direct for years. Always great service and usually pretty well stocked. I see he doesn't carry the Max V2 kits. I haven't done too much looking but is MSH USA the only place to get a Max V2 kit? Just curious more than anything else.

There are a few other stores carrying the V2, I can get kits if need be.
My store has just been in a horrible slump the last 6-8 months, I have just been in "damage control mode" for a while now.
I hope to be restocking soon and adding the V2 kits/parts along with the 500 parts.

Maybe the V2 buzz will buoy up the 500's fortunes. And if there's more parts reliability, people will fly them more, and then end up buying more parts!

The 500 is a really popular platform. I wouldn't worry about its future. It's a great heli.

I was very pleased to hear about the new MSH USA storefront, thanks OnTheSnap!

Now I'm curious to hear from the regular members about their experience with the ordering process and delivery times from MSH USA. Thanks in advance.

So true. Every time I fly mine people comment on how quiet it is. It also seems to have very low vibration. The self level has always worked great on it.
