Default "jumpy" 300

I've been flying for a couple years now and had 300x's for at least a year. Right now, I've got two flying, the main one is a microheli frame, align cyclic and savox on the tail. It had been down for awhile because I was concentrating on other things.

Got it back up this weekend and am running edge blades. It's decently breezy/windy here but even with that it seems like I'm getting some very odd behaviors out of my 300.

First, as I went through bx set up to check everything, I went through step G, got the swash perfectly level and mid level on the main shaft. However, when setting each servo to it's exact midpoint it starts acting up-

1. the elevator servo will twitch, signifying it's ready for adjustment.
2. I give it a tiny bit of input so it's dead center then switch to the next servo.
3. The elevator immediately jumps down a few mm's, out of square.

Couldn't fix that so I leveled the swash as is. Now when I turn the heli on the swash appears to sit canted forward. wtf? went through it a dozen times, perfectly level in step G, then it goes back to canted immediately after. Zero degree pitch goin into J, blue light lit up for 6 degrees, ect.

Next for the odd flight. Decent amount of breeze because I live near the ocean but I don't think it should be causing this-
As the heli hovers it seems to almost pop or jump up (or down) from time to time, just seems unstable.

I'm trying some edge blades and they're significantly slimmer across than stock or other blades, could this be causing the flight issues?

I doubt balanced blades in solid good condition would cause a jumpy unstable condition. Sounds more like a servo issue......maybe slop in gears.
