Default eagle tree of protos flying 3d

Today a guy who flies 3d flew my protos for a few minutes. He had to stop and start to adjust gain and pitch. Max amp draw was 64.9amps and the packs held fine with low voltage higher than I expected (seeing how he pitch pumped and threw it around).

jazz 80, stock motor, 15T pinion with two 2200 3s1p outrage 30c packs. Idle up throttle curve 70% across all points. I tried it at %80 but the headspeed was too high for me about 2800.

What is maximum headspeed with stock motor and 15t pinion? The headspeedcalc. on readyheli say about 2500, but that wouldn't fit with what you are saying here....

Jkos in the rcgroups owners thread had mentioned the motor kv appears to be higher than the specified 800kv.

http://dhrc.rchomepage.com/calc.htm
97T main gear, 15T pinion motor 900kv at 90% efficiency which calculated a HS of 2781 gets pretty close to what I was seeing when I had the jazz at 80% governor.
