Matt recently announced the 4.5 tail ratio option for those who want to slow the head down for 606mm yet keep the tail speed up where it belongs, the 96's should be OK. No word yet whether 105's will work on the E5S.

With a 7.93:1 – 9.91:1 main ratio, you could run the 560kv motor on either 10 or 12S simply by switching pinions.

Headspeed with a 560Kv motor:
10S: 1800-2350
12S: 2150+

I want to do a 12s stretched E5 since I have a few extra parts laying around from my compass 6hv build.
Compass 540kv motor, HW, HW Platinum 70A HV, and 2500mah-3300mah 6s lipos.

Will the E6 belted tail work or is the TT the only option? How many teeth on the main gear?

Wanting to use my Pyro 600-11 but not sure the shaft will reach counter bearing.
As is shaft length is 23mm, is this going to reach?

I'm in the same boat wbe, the stretched E5 looks like a good match for my 6HV, geared to run on 12cell 3300 it should be a rocket like the 6HV

Running belt drive on the E5 would require a new front idler pulley bracket because the frames are narrower than the E6/7. Not sure if this is going to happen. Main gear is 119T.

Hmm I have been recently thinking about that one, because I need a travel heli2go.. something smaller than 600size heli and with 6S.. I think the E5 will be it.. My first Synergy I find it very sweet! Can't wait!

It will work just fine. Will need the 12t pinion which I believe is now available.

That's what I'm running in mine. I've been running with the 12T pinion at 2200-2500 rpm and I ran it with the 14T last weekend at 2775 rpm.

HI, does anyone know the distance between the main grip bolts center to center? Also if anyone has a logo 600, i'd like to get the same measurements if possible. What i'm trying to determine is if the head is larger or similar to the Logo 600 head bolt center to bolt center. Thanks!
