you have to mount the antistatic there.

you need to drill only for the carbon tail boom.

I have an aluminum boom and I had major twitching issues when I moved the static wire from the back to front hole and didn't get it threaded in to the boom. Once I corrected that and verified continuity from the tail to the motor mount my twitches are gone and governor runs smooth. I think the static wire is needed on the aluminum boom also.
