Default 3 in 1 board screw tightness

New guy here, and have a stupid question to ask. I just replaced my frame, and was wondering how tight should you screw the 3 in 1 board to the frame? Right now i have it setup so that they are tight but allow for some movement, as i thought the orings are used as dampeners.

Thanks in advance.

Tighten them more.
Movement on a flybarless system is never good.
You want the only movement the board senses to be from the heli itself moving, not the board shifting
