Futaba servo horn options?
From what I've heard the Secraft V1 arms don't sacrifice so well in a crash and instead destroy the servo gears.
What alternative arms are out there that will work with Futaba servo splines? The Secraft V2 arms max out at 19mm. The model manual calls for 20mm on cyclic. Anyone know what the hole measurements on this Futaba arm:

Mikado Carbon Arms are good, PN 4021
SAB ones might be good too though I've never used them and don't know spacing. They do look same as Mikado arms though. http://www.rotorquest.com/product_in...ucts_id=102073

ive seen guys use the blue align servo horns, then they drill a hole in the middle to give it a breaking point in a crash

It is quite opposite the seacraft v1 save your servo gears!
Align don't bend so most likely you will damage your servos. |

I agree with Helitrue. The secraft V1 arms look much more like they'll give in a crash over the solid Align ones. I'm using the V1's on my 7.2 too.

I've ran the secraft v1's on my goblin 700, had it shear off the output shaft on one of my torq servo in a crash. I give them another chance on my goblin 770 and had two bend in flight (pitch & elevator) with not crashes. I also ran them in my goblin 500 and stripped two servo gears on a botched auto, servo arms were good to go. With that being said I am going to run the SAB composite arms on my 7.2 build. I have a whole bag of secraft arms if anyone is interested.

FYI, the SAB composite arms are too thick. You will not be able to get a nut on the back of the the servo ball.
