Default GV1 9303 setup?

Hello all.
Got my radio setup just about done on my Tempest 90 3D . Just need to verify everything in the 601 and setup my GV1.
Thats where my problem starts, if I had the extra $$$ I would ditch it and get a TJ pro but it was on it when I bought it used.
I did the initial travel adjustment procedure listed on Futabas site and this is where I get lost. Anyone using a GV1 and 9303 that can give me some baselines or walk me through it? I would like to use the 9303 gov screen and be able to turn it on off with the gear switch? I will only use it for ST 1 and ST2 off in N mode. Thanks in advance.

hate to tell you this bro but your not going to be able to use it in the gov menu in your 9303 (at least i never did anyways) The way i hook it up is it turns on by the throttle stick (just one less switch i had to worry about) Then it changed speeds as i changed flight modes. The GV-1 is still an awesome gov in my opinion!

It's not hard to set it. I have my GV-1 set to the idle up switch so it flips into the different modes in Idle 1 and 2. It also will activate at about 1/4 stick in normal mode. I have mine hooked up to Aux 2 and have the Aux 2 function hooked up to the idle up switch. If you connect the on/off switch to the Aux3, you can set any switch you want to turn the GV-1 On/off and then keep it off until you go into Idle-up.
