Canopy color disorienting?

Did you see, on another Logo thread, Lukas I think his name was, that installed "edge guard" around the canopy's swash opening?

For some reason I find it cumbersome to get the canopy on....scraping the canopy over the links and such.....one shaves the canopy on the starboard and port side, a touch, at the swash "hole"(to account for edgeguard thickness)...less "hanger rash", and it re-inforces the fiberglass.

A great idea, I think, and easily done.

I looked at the Mikado Team's photo and most of them are using the Neon Orange / Yellow. I don't know why the Black / Green is the stock canopy as you don't see it in use on the team competitions very often. The Yellow / Orange looks really sharp if you use the Orange Carbon Skids but I found that they are weak so I don't recommend them. Heres a picture:

I'm really liking the neon yellow (ish) canopy also.

I was hoping it was a nice bright yellow like the 700 is , but it's more goldy colour.


Anyone want to trade a NIB stock one for the neon yellow ?
