Default Dragonus Elite Pro videos are here

OK Here are the Dragonus Videos.

I would like to thank Scott Booth from RC-Tek for supporting these even though they do nothing for him business wise. Scott and I agreed it would be best to support customers even though the manufacturer will benefit from these in the long run and RC-Tek will gain nothing other than letting customers know how much they think about support!

My personal opinion is I support Scott for thinking about customers and I say "Shame on you RCer" for how you do business. While I think this is a good heli RCer has done nothing for customers! I want to remind everyone RC-Tek supplied the kit and supported me doing these videos NOT the manufacturer!

Anyway, thanks Scott for seeing how these help customers of yours and I think we will see that in the long run you will do well! I cant wait to work with you again!

So after all that said, here we go:

Whats in the box
VIDEO -> Whats in the box! (20 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 1, head and grips (34 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 2, Seesaw (39 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 3, Washout assembly (34 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 4, Head Links and Paddles (29 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 5, Tail Case (33 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 6, Tail Assembly (39 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 7, Lower Frames (16 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 8 Upper Frames (60 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 9 Frame Assembly (30 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 10 and 11, Main gear, head install, and tail boom (48 Megs)

OK as I said the series is continuing... Sorry for the week delay..

VIDEO -> Step 12 Servo install (34 Megs)

VIDEO -> Step 12 Servo install (34 Megs)

I found a NEAT way to setup the head easily! I hope this helps as this can be a tricky head to setup correctly!
VIDEO -> Step 13 Head Setup! (60 Megs)

OK I made a battery plate to mount the pack like a TrexSE. I also show how I mounted the elctronics and I mounted my 9650 using Trex parts.
VIDEO -> Step 14 Electronics placement! (30 Megs)

Nice work Bob,
I just finished building my Elite. still have radio and electrics to install so its going to be awhile before i get to fly it. Cant wait to hear your flight impressions. This bird was my first ever build and it went nice and smooth with no surprises (except for the tail blade shims).

I also really like the quality feel of the machined components.

Be safe,
Frank

The thing is, if you burn yourself badly enough (3rd degree) it doesn't really hurt, as the nerves are cooked. BT, DT.

Bob,
I don't know you, and I'm totally new to r/c heli flying and your videos are great for people like me who have no idea what they are getting themselves in to. I've made up my mind, im definatley getting a CX2 coaxial, but i think im going to also buy a CX2 Pro for later use (this is a one time thing for me having the cash laying aorund to buy it.. so its now or never) I was thinking about the Dragonus your building now, but I dont think it comes with all the nuts n bolts, I don't think I'd mind putting one together but i need all the parts at one time, radios/ motor etc..

anyways, thanks for puttin the vids up, and.. Ill be looking back for more!!
