Lol, I just answered this on the vbar section of the forum.

I have a Vbar on the Logo 600 so haven't run my SK's with it, but it should work great.

I flown a logo 600, the main thing is the anti-static grounding strap.
I guess with the vbar it shocks the unit and bad things happen.

I can tell you first hand, fbl units don't like electrical shocks, or
Any weird electrical noise.

Anyone else done this lately? I bought a Logo 500SE earlier in the week and have a Skookum on the way for it. Only issue I've seen so far is the 'V-Bar' logo on the front of the canopy... people are going to see how well it flies and think it's got a V-Bar.

I've have three SK720's and their all on Logos (400, 600 and 600SE). I love them! I've had no problems and I love the fact that all of the updates have been FREE!. Also, the bailout has saved my babies more than once! They've paid for themselves!

=] its not too difficult Froggy, you need an over sticker that says V-bar less Fly bar less SK 720 FBL unit!!

@thefrog-
The standard positions. It's like any other Fbl unit.

Some help with the tail setup please...

I have the tail set mechanically as per the Mikado manual - the linkages are at 90 degrees. This means there is some tail thrust against torque in this position. This is against the SK setup procedure, which requires mechanical adjustment to 0 degrees when the tail servo is centred.

I'm getting travel of 127% and 87% on the tail with the Mikado setup approach. If I set it up as per the Skookum method I should get close to 100%/100% but the linkages won't be 90 degree yet the available torque will remain the same. How have you guys done it on a Logo?

=] I like the sound of the zero pitch 100% travels, is the rear bellcrank physically a true 90 deg unto itself?

Yeah, I'm thinking the same Georgi.. set it according to the SK. The rear bell crank is made with a 90 degree bend. I guess it won't make much difference - when it's countering torque in a hover it will be at that 90 degree position anyway.
