i HATE the pink wht yellow tri color canopy and fin set my fury extreme has. canomod and fusuno only show canopies for the stratus. they look pretty much the same. anyone know if theyll fit? or anywhere else i can find a nice looking canopy for it?

I thought i was answering the question about if the fanshrond for the fury 55 and stratus is the same...but that was on RR

but ill have to check, i have the fury and some strausses

Actually, they are a little different. It can be made to work, but you'll need to change the location of one of the rear canopy posts.

Well that doesn't sound too bad. Might be a challenge though since they are recessed around the hole.

You use the canopy mounting locations, just relocate the mounting posts on the frames

This is good info to know....so the Stratus canopy will fit, just change the post location on the airframe. Again, good info!

Just picked up a used Fury with no canopy and ordered the Stratus canopy from Heliproz. Any other mods to Stratus canopy required? Not familiar with Fury canopy. How do you see fuel levels in flight with tank in front? Is a cutout required for the side tank fuel plumbing?

Well, I know a Fury Extreme canopy will fit on a Stratus because I did that. The muffler cutout had to be enlarged.

I have a header tank on my Fury Extreme. When/if I see it getting low, I know it's time to land. Haven't ran it out of fuel yet.
