Bantam EL-200 Discharge Unit question
I have a EL-200 external discharge unit which I would like to use differently from just connecting up to my e902 charger to cycle battery packs.
I am needing to connect this to the output of my onboard charging system to check to see what maximum current the system can supply. It is basically a couple of 1 ohm resistors that can be wired in series or parallel depending on what load is required. My on board charging system is a regulated 6.9v and should be able to supply up to 3amps with peaks slightly higher to supply my radio gear. Am I going to be able to use this discharge unit to help with my testing and to give me the required 3+ amp load? Ideas?
