To buy another 300X, or not ?

I think that this may be a no brainer, but thought that I would ask anyway !

A quick trawl on the net shows that there are still a number of 300X in the UK, and based on price, I could order another Lynx CF frame set and try an EOX motor for the same overall cost as a CFX (subject the cfx landing in UK). Should I pull the trigger ?

My current 300 flies great with lynx CF and hyp 2213 motor, and I want to stretch it. I would also stretch a 2nd so the extra lipo in the stud 300 is more appealing than the CF mains on a 300cfx. I have plenty of spares and hop ups for a 2nd, including slant & owb, align tail hub/grips and cc talon 35 etc so it would be a decent held for minimal additional spend.

The only doubt, is whether the cfx frame / servo geometry / layout makes enough difference to warrant the additional costs, assuming that Lynx come through with mode to enable 2213 / EOX motor to be installed.

Has anyone got Lynx framed and cfx to fly back to back to provide meaningful comparison ? Or should I go with my gut and buy the 300X and Lynx goodies ?
