Default N5c TT Kit Impressive

Started looking through my kit last night and was very impressed with the amount of pre assembly done. All the screws are started in all the aluminum parts so no big bag of screws to sort through. All of the main component assemblies such as head, tail etc have all been preassmebled just need to lock tight up everything. All of the parts are very nice and look to be very high quality. I have had a bunch of helis from many different manufacturers but this is my first Synergy product and I really like what I see so far.

Welcome to the Synergy family!!

On the pre-assembled parts: These parts are pre-assembled for parts count purposes only. Nothing is lubed or loctited. Please make sure you take it all apart, clean and lube.

I think you will love that heli, I don't think I could ever part with my N5c, although the N7 is getting there

Thanks Chris.

Yes I will defiantly take everything apart, I've built probably 50 helis over the years so I know the drill but its really nice having all the screws in their respective spots instead of having to sort through them all and trying to decipher which length screw goes wear from some of the crappy manuals that other manufacturers pass off as a manual.

I must say I also like the support that I have already received from Matt. I couldn't access the link to the manual so I sent him an email at 1:00 am this morning and when I got up at 7:30 he had already responded with a new link as well as where to find all the manuals for all of his helis.

Awesome Chuck!!!! I am sure you'll love it, welcome to Synergy!!!! My N5Ctt hasn't hit Canada or my Dealer the Heli Farm yet but should arrive shortly, this will be my second from them. They are incredible flyers and the most reliable heli I've owned. Congrats on your purchase enjoy!!!!!

If you fly electric and you pick up an N5c Tt you probably won't be flying anything else for a long time. I personally love my synergy more than any other heli I've flown.

Synergy isn't going anywhere.

I am in the middle of my 3rd N5c build. I know I am a little biased but I am yet to enjoy any other 50 more.

Matt posted this last month in reply to a similar question.

Kits come in every couple of weeks like clockwork. The trouble is Synergy is very popular so the kits tend to sell fast.

If you keep an eye on the sites like HeliDirect and Experience they send out notifications when stuff comes in. HeliDirect will even let you "notify me" when an out of stock item comes back.

Also check with Matt Direct, www.mattbotos.com/store he sells kits there too.

FBLRotors.com is a great place to get a kit too. He makes the Turnbuckles for all the synergy helicopters and you can get a good deal with him. He also throws in a free blade holder that isnt included in the kit normally. all for the same price as every other dealer

Many thanks guys... much appreciated. I've purchased from both experience and fbl rotors before and both are first class. I'll check matts store but I like to support the dealers when I can. Ray

If Matt's own words don't calm your nerves, I don't know what else to say. I will simply add, there was a 30% increase in Synergy Owners in our Group Photo at Ircha 2014 relative to 2013.

No it probably wasn't common knowledge that MA was going out, but there were signs.

Hope this helps.

Chris... I'm thinking N5 or N7 and I'm currently flying a synergy E5, do you have thoughts on one over the other? I know the N7 is direct to swash which is appealing but the N5c seems like it will be a lot less cost to make a hot setup???

I think Chris summed it up in a very nice visual way.

I'll also lend credence. I have decided to shrink my online store from 3 brands to one brand ... guess which brand is the only one that I'll be stocking / supporting.

You're in good hands ....

Ray, there's a pretty good discussion in this thread that might help you with the N5C vs N7 question.

https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=642401

First plunge into nitro territory with the N7.

The N7 is gorgeous I really want one but I have the N5c and it is less expensive but I don't think I will ever get rid of it the OS 55 power plant provides plenty of power and it flys great. But if you can afford the nitro and the more expensive blades and other bits that go along with the N7 I would go with that cause why not lol.
