Default Can I run 2S on factory brushless?

I tried a search for 2s in this forum but nothing came up. Can I connect 2 e-flight 150mah 45C batteries together in series with a wire adapter in the nano factory plug and play brushless upgrade? or will I just fry something? has anyone tried this yet?

The result would be like putting 190-proof whiskey in your lawnmower

So in a word...NO

What's wrong with 190 proof in the old garden tractor? That's how my grandpa did it! Just kidding. Ok, I get the point. I didn't think so anyway
