Default Training gear on FBL flybarless

Hi there,

I was trying to help a noob yesterday with his trex 450 pro and I hesitated on recommending him training gears thinking that it would interfere with the 3GX due to vibes.

Have you guys seen people using training gears on FBL birds?

I did for my maiden flight in case I made an error in programming the beast x unit. It worked without a hitch.

When I was learning the basics, I never really liked training gear.

Made the heli fly funny.

What I really liked was an instructor, with a buddy box.

If you can find a more experienced pilot who is willing to help, it will make the first steps much easier.

Spin it up and get it airborne quickly as possible. Trying to slowly ease it up off the ground can cause the gyro to get squirrelly.
