Default Intermittent cyclic wobble

I have about a dozen flights on my new build and I am thoroughly impressed with this heli.

For the most part it flies perfectly but, about once in each flight I get a brief cyclic wobble. If I give it a pitch pump it, it stops. It seems that it will show up after a stationary aileron roll or from inverted hover to upright.

I am running the following setup:

Stock non stretched
Stock motor and yge 60
Beastx v2 with 1 satellite
Ds92 a+ cyclic and ds95i tail
FBL low hub
Aluminum servo block, tail gear and guides
Dx6i transmitter
Gov store with 75 flat TC, 2850 rpm on my cheap tach
77 tail gain

Short balls on the swash, 15mm ball distance on cyclic servo arms
7.5 mm ball distance on the tail

1 layer of 3m grey tape for beastx
Pot 1 =-1
Pot 2 =+2
Pot 3 = 0

Balanced SAB blades

No vibes I can feel dynamically

No up and down play in the main shaft

No play in the blade grips

Belt tension is a tad on the loose side

This is my first build and I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions would be helpful, when it's not wobbling it is dead stable and a pleasure to fly. I am an intermediate pilot, no smack 3d (yet), mostly flips, rainbows, sloppy tick tocks and inverted.

A couple of pictures if it helps:

I had the same problem, it started after 140 flights, I suspected it was the head dampers, so I rebuild the head with new ones and it was fixed.
However I'm still not happy with it, not as stable as it used to be.
I'm going to tear it right down and replace a few other things.
I had done some rough autos with a couple tip overs that prolly hasn't helped anything.

Ordered some new dampers just to try, is anyone using extra shims to compress the dampers a bit more?

I just double checked the head speed using my optical tach outside and got much motor reliable readings. At 75% TC 2850 rpm with intermittent wobbles. At 77% TC 2905 rpm and did not get any wobbles.

Granted it's just one flight, but could there be a reason that such a small rpm chance seemingly fixed the problem?

By the way I see in your sinature that you are running v2 on the beastx, You really need to update that puppy to v3.08 or even the latest 3.12 though 3.12 is basicaly just a foreign rx smr signal capability update. The tail and cyclic is WAY! better on 3.08
