What are is the precentage for your gain that is showing on the brain box on the left side? The number on the brain box on the home screen is the actual gain the gyro is set to. The voltage will be on the right, gain will be on the left with an A or N next to it or a blacked out box.

At 30% and the tail is wagging. Either the gain is too low, or there is something wrong in the tail system. First I would try increasing the gain to about 40% and see how this works. If the wag gets worse, I would then look at the tail system. Bad thrust bearings, binding, or slop in the tail. What may seem smooth when the tail is not moving, could be binding when it is turning 7000 K rpm plus.
