Willing to trade PSP or Losi XXX-SCT for 3d Heli's

I currently have a very good condition PSP 1001 edition (original PSP) if anyone is interested. Works perfectly, just don't play it anymore. I have pictures for those interested
included is:
3 Games: Midway Arcade Treasures (extended play), Hot Shots Golf (Open Tee), Madden 06
Carrying Case - holds and protects PSP, also holds 4 UMD's. includes 4UMD cases.
Memory: 8GB memory card and 1GB memory card
Power adapter also included.

Also have a Losi XXX-SCT truck, simply don't have time to race it anymore. It has only be on a track, never bashed. It is used condition, probably needs some tweaking. I was a newbie with it so never really got it dialed in. It's just been sitting around since I don't have time to mess with it. I can take pictures if your interested. It has a Losi Xcelorin 6.5 motor and esc (includes usb cable, board, software to dial in on computer). EC3 connectors. 3 diffs, don't remember what I filled them with but have 4 or 5 kits to reseal the diffs. diff oil, grease for diff, shock oil, couple sets of shocks, misc parts, about 4 or 5 sets of tires, all different kinds, at least 1 set glued and unused, some 2S lipos barely used. Have original box for truck and motor/esc.

As I said, SC truck needs some work, it runs fine but needs to be fine tuned better. It is a lot of fun to drive, very fast.
