Try eBay, I saw some on there. They probably going to get harder to find now that those great out of round black gears are available. But the black ones I did get for the tail box were pretty good, it was the front TT gear that was way out of round.

Where are you getting the black ones?
Are they a replacement/upgrade from Align?
Why aren't the distributers and retailers listing them with the rest of their 600 parts?

Go figure. Helidirect doesn't list them with the other 600 parts.
But if you do a search on the new part # it comes up as a stock item.
Is this supposed to be new and improved? Was there a problem with the old ones?

The new black gears are 'Deformation Resistance - High Strength' per Align with video proof!
Ron's Heliproz South has them in stock http://www.ronlund.com/rcheli-prod/T...60G003XXW.html
See Align video about the new gears...quite impressive

You can find the new black gears on eBay or the Align Trex Store online, they have free shipping over $25.
The new gears for the 700 are the ones they show cutting wood and surviving a crash. The black gears for the 600 are really just black and not much stronger, if at all, than the white ones.

I stand corrected I thought all the black new ones were the strong ones...as they should be. Thanks for the info...so much for using my 600 as a table saw in the off season!

I think Align advertise the black 600 gears as being stronger, but I had them, didn't seem any better and I know some guys that are still stripping the new black gears just as easy as the older white ones.
