Default 10c setup

I've managed to setup a few tx's including a dx7 on reflex but my 10c has got me scatching my a$$ here.No matter what I do reflex will not detect it.I'm starting to think I may need a new interface cable.
Anyone have any suggestions? By the way I have a blue dongle, should I have it looked at?

If you have the older T10CP, look at the second page of the basic menu. in the PARAMETERS menu set modulation to PPM. It should work then.

This option does not exist on the newer T10CG (2,4GHz). It should work out of the box. At least mine does.

There has been a batch of defective USB cables, but that was years ago. Any chance to test the function of the dongle with another transmitter?

Thanks fellas. I tried everything suggested. I have not tried a new cable yet. The 10c powers on when plugged in. And I still have a blue dongle if that matters. Maybe I need a ppm module? In the tainer menu the only available option is OFF and INH. I've gone through the switches and can never get an ON in the menu. I wish I could get this thing going, I would like to get used to it before summer.
