This is a nice, unexpected post from Kontronik. Good to see they've got their PR department going.

Merry Christmas to Kontronik and the rest if the heli loving world from the extreme western US!

I really like your ESC's. They are the best. I just bought a Helijive 120hv. I've now spent about $900 on two in 6 months to get one that works.

Ever receive my 80hv with 30 flights on it that popped a cap? I sent it to Germany three months ago and it never got there.
Put something on your web site in regards to theft of packages going to Germany. How to prevent it. NO tracking or insurance. This IS the first time I've had a package stolen.

Now you know about it, do something about it with a notice on your web site. Or a notice on you warranty return. If you lost it then you would understand my fire.

You are not the only person to lose something in the mail. A customer of mine sent his Dash to me (an £800 product) and it never arrived yet he is not bashing me all day as its not my fault. Get where Im coming from Like you he sent it without tracking!

Merry Christmas all

Ok lets not ruin a well meant nice gesture from the Kontronik team debating other issues like these here, no problem to start a new post about it, i' m sure k will read it, either way.
From SA also wish all very good xmas and prosperous new year, GB!

Merry Christmas all

The point I am trying to make is......

Kontronik knows about the out of control theft in Germany and it sounds like all of Europe. We have theft here but our mails are pretty well guarded.
I was naive and ignorant of the level of theft in the EU. Why can't Kontronik post a warning to it's customers sending packages to Germany stating this fact? Kontronik is like a silicon entity.

I had a friend many years ago who would send money back to Ukraine. Theft of mail was so bad in Ukraine that groups of people would get together, in America and have one trusted person fly to Ukraine with the cash and hand deliver it. Thats a fact. Thats bad.

Merry Christmas. I've got 10 days off and can get my AP copter back into it's new configuation.

Huh?! Out of control theft in Germany? You know more than I do, and I live in Germany.

I've never heard of this mail theft in Germany. Is this a new thing? Or just an urban legend?
