I don't use a DX8 but cant you assign your powered pitch control to 5 and mix somehow?

thanks bad 007, in a way I will be revolution mixing. what it is, is a fuselage that takes a 600 size heli with the tail drive components removed. the tail on this heli is run by a seperate esc and motor, but the tail still has pitch control as well. so the tail gyro from the 3gx is still used to control the tail pitch servo but another channel is needed to run the seperate tail esc and motor. it cant be tied to the main throttle because that would cause a loss of tail control when reducing collective to descend. the tail is a Fenestron tail. the 3 gx does not have any open channels, hence my need of a second dsm receiver that has an 8 th channel for the second tail esc. really the eighth channel is all I need the second receiver for. just need to know if I can have the 3gx and another dsm receiver bound to the same transmitter. APOLOGIES for the lengthy explanation. and thanks again. any recommendations appreciated.

Use a 8 channel RX and wire it as if you where using a DX6 and a 6 channel RX as per instructions and gear would be tail gyro gain.
You don't bind the 3GX at all, you bind the sats if your using sats and bind a RX if using an RX.
