throttle and pitch curves need help

I am a noon and I just got a master Co last year and want to make sure my settings are correct because I've been reading that the setting preset in TX are possibly to much. The problem I'm having is what the pitch and throttle curves should be set at? If I follow the manual it looks like the pitch curves are set in % rather than degrees and it is confusing me. For example does 100% equal a certain amount of pitch curve and if so...how much? Please help soon because I am getting good frustrated with this. Cannot find an answer anywhere. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Just make sure you have zero pitch around center stick and that the travel is similar in both directions (fold blades or use pitch gauge).

I recommend you to use a linear pitch curve in all modes -100 to 100, dont mess about with less negative pitch in a normal mode, easier to power up with throttle hold and learn not to land with full negative...

As for throttle curves, just pick three flat curves 50% (takeoff) 70% (low head speed) and 100% (max). Chanses are that you sooner or later will start in idle up 2 if thats the one you use when you fly... (not that 100% will be to wild)
