Default Gaui 425 shaking help

I need some help please with my 425....

A few weeks ago I had a minor crash, checked everything and replaced main shaft, feathering shaft, flybar and main blades.

Blades are balanced, nothing is bent but she shakes like mad, so much that when off the ground you cant read the lettering on the skids

Have I missed something or done something wrong in the setup because I am stumped

any advice or comments would be welcome

Check the tail shaft and the hub that the tail blade grips bolt to. Another possibility could be a bent head block.

I have found part of the problem....

I had put the thrust bearings on the end of the feathering shaft instead of inbetween the 2 bearings

maybe I should learn to place things in order when I take them off the heli

You said you found part of problem, was that it? I am having similar prob. shaking horribly w/out blades at 1/4 throttle. As i spool up can't see any wobble in shaft then at that speed, shakes terribly. I will check the tail and thrust bearing but do not think bearing at this low speed w/out blades.
Thanks

Check the swash plate. Some of them were assembled incorrectly, and were 'off-center'. Spool it up slowly and watch the swash plate to see if it appears to wobble around.
