The end of mine was very close to ail servo board no solder joints close but i didnt want it to possibly vibe on & off of the servo board, so after it goes around the canopy post a few times i bent it so it goes straight down. Now the tip is clear of any obstacles. Mine still doesnt stay bound. I may get a solid blue 1 out 5 tries, after a successful bind. Just got into the habit of doing the bind procedure a day ago. Hold trainer 3secs & then right rudder & it binds right up. Havent lost a bind in flight so i ll keep doing it this way to get in the air faster

My problem with wrapping around the post is in a hard crash if it doesn't have enough slack, it could could pull the antenna out of the board.
BTW, did you ever get your 450 lined out? sent from my phone using circus midgets
