Hirobo Shipping To USA-Problems?

I'm thinking about placing an order with Hirobo and was wondering if anyone has had any problems getting heli's/parts shipped to the states. I'm concerned I may have issues with my order clearing customs (I'm sure a little money can take care of that) and getting my order shipped to a different address than my billing address. Any input would be appreciated!

Rcjapan would be your best bet if u want to order out of japan. I've ordered small parts and have never had to pay any importation fees. Once shipped it doesn't take much longer than if it was shipped inside the usa, but shipping will be higher and they don't actually stock the parts, so that adds some time.

You shoulld give hirobofanusa a try. Their prices aren't out of line and may be cheaper depending on what u want.

Thanks for the input! To be more specific I'm wanting to order a CopterX 450 RTF (plus a few parts) from Hirobo. I'm just kinda worried about getting it shipped w/o a bunch of extra fees, the shipping alone is $87. I'm not finding much in the way of RTF 450's anymore. Blade dropped theirs and the Align 450 is always out of stock, plus the CopterX is all metal and also an Align clone. Guess I'll go for it, heck it's only money....

The CopterX 450 RTF is not a Hirobo product, the Embla EP SL is the 450 size Hirobo.
