Default (2) Factory BL Conversions, #1 is great, #2 is a dog.

Got both at the same time, installed the good one first, the second one (Dog) a week later.
The second one, with a weeks less time on it, has about half the power than the first one.

Has anybody else found this?

I have a couple of aftermarket NANO BL Mild, and they are very similar in power.

Classic example of the poor QC by HH maybe? Should be used to it by now I'd send it back...

Was it the same battery?

I just bought 3 new 45c batteries,

Same results.

With My out runners, I oil them once in a while.

Would oiling help, can you get at the bushings to oil?

Do not oil.
Check solder joints, plugs and wires for bad connections.
Does the motor spin free? Is the main gear all way up the shaft? Is your throttle curve at max?
