Default Synergy

Might look at Synergy. I believe Gus was running a Synergy N5 swash and head on one of his Panteras.

The RJX X-Treme 50 swashplate is a perfect fit, you just need to replace the anti rotation pin.

Unfortunately getting RJX helicopter parts in the US these days means ordering from overseas. RRemodels supposedly still sells RJX parts but their website has been screwed up for ages, supposedly you can call them directly to order (they're an LHS)

Hey, I know that heli! Yes, the RJX swash fits as you can see in the picture. The Hirobo Sceadu swash from Quick UK also fits. I like the RJX better. John used to offer a huge metal swash but I don't know about availability these days.

Try www.octopusrc.com and look in the RJX X600 parts. They're located in Hong Kong but their shipping is pretty cheap. The X600 swashplate uses single piece balls on the upper swash instead of three piece ones (screw, ball and spacer) but other than that it's the exact same swashplate as the Xtreme 50.

Default +1 for the Synergy N5 swash

My stock swashplate had a significant amount of slop in it so I ordered the Synergy N5 swash from Amain. It's a direct fit with a 10 mm ID on the center ball. The stock swash uses 2.3 mm balls and the Synergy swash uses 2.5 mm ones, so I used Synergy short 2.5 mm ball links for the servo and blade grip linkages (I have a flybarred head).

The only problem was figuring out how to use the plastic washout links (AUD1001) with the 2.5 mm balls on the new swash. The solution was to use the standoff balls (that the servo linkages would connect to) from the Audacity swash on the inner star of the Synergy swash. This provides the correct size ball and a standoff that matches up with what I had installed on the original swash.

I haven't flown it around yet, but hovering was free from the drift I was experiencing with the plastic swash.

It appears that Synergy also offers a more maintainable swashplate that can be taken apart (for about $10 more). I stayed away from this one because I was worried about fasteners coming loose in flight.

One more thing: The balls, set screw, and squeeze screw come loose on the Synergy swash, so be sure to use threadlocker!
