Default Moisture build thread, any advice?

I am building this kit, which I have had in the box for over 1 year. Been flying IMAC, and thus I was distracted from my helicopters. But now I am back.

1st thing is I downloaded the most recent manual for the E version:

I did every thing per the manual, with the 1st step, the bottom gear plate assembly, it was pretty much straightforward.

the manual did not say it, but you want to tighten down the boom clamps with the boom in, then remove the boom.

the top servo plate assembly is also straightforward, but , be sure to make the locknut be flush with the main gear assembly (on the main shaft).

Motor installation was also without any problems, and this Scorpion fit perfectly. Also, be sure to make sure that the screws are not too long and do not get too close to the motors windings. This motor also has a felt layer to prevent touching by metal. In any event, in this case, the screws did not protrude even to the felt.

the frame also was without incident, except, the locking spring mechanism for the battery tray is too snug. meaning, it does not move freely.

Monoblock installation was also no problem onto the frame. There are 5 screws +1 into the motor mount on each side.

rigid core head assembly was also straight-forward. The M6 bolts were tightened down real good. Also, the manual is very good in explaining the orientations of the bearings and washers.

Are they no longer available?
I purchased mine from Esprit RC. I was on a waiting list for like 6 months or something like that.

Anyone know what happened???
Why did this company disappear?
I am disappointed I purchased this and now, no support??
Today, I was putting together the tail, and one of the tail grips, as I was tightening the 2 mm ball, it snapped!!
Now that tail grip is useless! I need to order a new one and a new ball! I am glad it snapped now and not during flight!! It snapped while I was threading it in, not even tightening!

one more question on this topic: what servo arms are you all using? Regular nylon or aluminum ones?

I am using nylon arms. I am thinking those servos would be fine as well.

It seems that a lot of spares are available for the mostro. However there aren't any kits out there right now. I think they are losing a lot of potential sales. There seems to be a shortage of canopies. I am wondering if that is why there aren't any more kits out right now. Seems like they were doing well at the beginning of the year and sort of fell off over the last couple months. I find the available stock of spares as a good sign.

I'm using a set of this horns:
http://www.secraft.net/shop/step1.ph...20090414105628

They are perfekt and save your servo gears in case of an crash.
I noticed too much flexibility and some play on the swash while i was using plastic horns. Not much - but the swash get's a little bit more ridgid when using alloy horns.
