What is DG1 and VC1?
Hey guys,
I just bought the 14MZ. This is an awesome radio!! I do have a couple of questions. What is DG1 and VC1? Are these linked to a specific channel? Please give an example on where I can use it in the real world (for helis or planks). Thanks, Joe |

Those are AUX Channels.
DG-1 and 2 are non-proportional channels, you'd use them for lights, airbrakes, servo operated retracts, canopy operation, smoke, engine cut.. things like that. ('on and off only'). VC-1, 2, 3 & 4 is explained on page 59 of your manual as Virtual Channels... however, they are not 'channels' as they do not offer a servo output.... it's just another area of mixing / re-assigning to the many programming capabilities your radio can do.
