Default XXTreme forum?

There is a members-only forum for the 800 XXTreme owners at http://www.vstabi.info
Are the 700 owners going to get access? How?

The problem with that forum, is that although there was a plea at the beginning when it first started with the 800, to keep the common language English so the information would be more friendly "worldwide", it has sadly become a German only deal (mostly).

Which is sad, because the staff of Mikado monitors and responds on that forum...which they never do on RR or HF.

Hey...

Yeah but I myself went back to writing German...Just too much hassle writing in english using a mobile...

Anyways...read the pinnes Topics and you are ok.
My Problems were a mks tail servo Causing electric Noise..
I was worried about Vib Log (High And Extreme) - normal due to Blade flutter
And too soft tail damper Rings...Already changed to newer/harder ones...

So just build And forget After Reading the pinned Topics.
All questions are best solved if you ask yourself...

Greetings

Can you explain this?

"And too soft tail damper Rings...Already changed to newer/harder ones..."

Are you saying that on the 700 this has been found to be true? I think Kyle, Jesse and many others are flying what is provided without issue?

I don't know the context of the post you cited, or how old it is. But going way back to the XXtreme 800 prototyping days, we found the early tail dampeners to be too soft (that's what prototyping is for), and Mikado adjusted the product to a harder more durable version.

Since that time, the dampeners have proven to be very long lasting (maybe change them like once per season).

My post is only about the XX 800 and not the 700 :-) I guess since they are so similiar all the troubleshooting is done :-)
