I want direct 22.2v support!! I wanna see transit times in nanoseconds and torque in lb.ft.

Ah Clem.... your too old to know what ROTFFLMAO means!

I still want 8V as a standard dang it! Dump the regulators and other weight! Lipos have pretty much replaced nicad or nimh packs. Now lets dump the lower voltage requirement!

I resemble that remark.

While we are on the subject, I want a servo so strong, that I will not need a swashplate. I want the servoes to just be able to bend a 10mm steel main shaft for cyclic!

I agree, the standard should be moving towards 8v systems so we can stop messing with all these ancillary regulators and such. Plus, they mostly just waste the power, so running at 8v should be more energy efficient and thus qualify as a new "green" technology. That's got to qualify for some kind of federal tax credit or somethin. LOL.
