All that was missing was the swash and head when I tried to balance it. Oh crap no tail blades were on

It would be more likely the canopy, even if they would be laminated by the same person it wouldn't be unlikely with varying weights.

So post them canopy weights guys.

Really?!?! If mine weighed another 27g I'd be close to balancing without the Rx battery. Did you weigh it with a weight in it for CG on accident? I can't beleive yours would weigh over 1.6 x's mine. Does anyone have the new canomod canopy maybe a weight? Other stock canopy weights?

I'm surprised yours is so light, but mine is bare and weighs 67g,I was hoping for a lighter one! What do these canopys average?Mine is pretty thick where they spliced the two halves together.

Default shape and shipping

If mine looked nicer and shipping wasn't so much I'd trade you although I got lucky and got the canopy color I like best.

Mines perfect but I thought it was a little heavy, but for comparison I weighed my Beam canopy and it was 40g, so I thought about right.Still wondering what the average is?

I picked up two bare kits and both canopys weight 54g. Once I finished my build I had to move the battery forward to get it to balance perfect.
Btw the flying weight of my warp is 1067g

Im also glad I had two kits to draw parts from. For example I needed two main shaft shims, one kits brass tail slider was over bored, and one was missing two of the rear tail blade shims.

Now if this rain would stop, im itching to maiden this heli

My canopy weighs in at 60.35g, grommets and all included. I had no issues balancing my heli using one of those fat stile LiPo's, (Blue LiPo 30c/1300mah) in fact, the LiPo is barely hanging over the frame. I guess I got lucky.

I'm also using KBDD 62mm blades, which are a total of 1g lighter than stock (.5g per blade).
