About a 6 hour drive for me. Will need to check the dates, but would love to come - would be very fun!

Would love to personally thank Sokal for his videos - and wish him a safe return!

I might drive down, but I haven't yet learned to fly my blade. Maybe I'll learn by then.

im compiling as much info as i can to get things in order still have to write Eflite and maybe some other distributors to come to the event.

as you all know it may be hard for me to write a good looking letter to eflite so any of you english knowleged floks out thier would mind lending me your typing skills.

my wife is a discrict manager of 10 subways so ill have food coverd as long as you like subway and may have a BBQ going. i wana make this a fun family event and a meet and greet of the b400 guys.

i also plan on getting other involved in the hobby as well so may be an open invite to public. the other reason would be to have ARMY recruiters thier for interested young adults looking to join (how i may get the 47 to show up)

but i do plan on it being a big event and i hope more than 50+ b400 guys show
i know i say is for b400 guys to fly but bring any rotorwing rc u have.

so i do thank you for you support on this and plan to provide a more solid info soon

also, i happen to be pretty good and well versed in the english language, (mother is a english professor) and i know i could have it examined by her if i ask nicely! send me what you would like to have sent to e-flite and i can have it typed up and send it back to you if you need the assistance.

I was in Navy JAG 25 years ago, but I kept an f-4 driver out of jail. I'll tell you about it sometime. You might even know the story.

This sounds like a great idea. I'm in Jacksonville, my wife has family in Va. Beach. Plus being stationed at NAS Norfolk 5 years ago, pretty much know the area and have all bases covered, travel, heli, place to stay. Plus the wife gets to see her mom, I get to fly.

I'll rally up some of my buds hear at NAS Jacksonville, they fly both "helis" and "planks" Most are at VP-30 and VP-16, that's at least 20 right there. One thing great about this is that I'm retired Navy and still have connections on base and if you make up a flyer I can pass them around.

like sokal was saying even if its just 10-15 of us there it will still make for one hell of a weekend....i think the most r/c heli pilots ive seen in one place at one time since i got int this hobby is 3!(including myself)....5 would be awesome.... 10 would be a melee! .....if we can get more than 10....all i can say is im going to need to by an extra card for my camera!..... it would truly be monumental occasion....
