Question N1 torque tube ( not gears ) strips!?

So Im out hovering my N1 as I just moved the FBL unit around on it. The heli picks up a weird vibe, I set it down, no crash. and go inside to inspect it.

I can turn the tail blades while holding the front TT drive gear now? I looked at all the teeth they engage solidly so I dont see how this could be anything but a torque tube that has come unpinned or something like that.
Has anyone heard of this? Seems like a weird problem. Is this an outrage issue?

It sounds like one of the torque tube spline screws was not secured and now the spline is just spinning in the shaft. The only thing you can really do is take the tail apart to see what happened. I don't think this is a common issue on the N1,N2 or the fusion for that matter as I have never read of any complaints about this kind of problem.

Do you have the new torque tube splines and screws? The new set has screws that go completely through the holes in the TT and is secured by a lock nut on the threaded side of the screw.
