Hello,
I've never flown a Logo, so I've made myself a present. A Logo 400SE at a very reasonable price.
My question is - I'm planning to use a CC Edge 100A as ESC for the Scorpion motor, 3x Savox 1250 and 1x Futaba BLS251, AR7200 BX (till I find a nice offer for a miniVBar), and 6S 3300 mAh.
Do I have to use an external BEC, or the ESC's BEC will do it?

I run with a 3A (5A peak) BEC without problems. Cyclic servos are futaba 9650s so unless the savox servos pull a lot of current you should be fine.

Thanks for the input. That's what I've intended in the first place, but I wasn't quite sure due to the specifications on the CC ESC (use BEC above 450 class).

I would recommend a higher powered BEC like a Castle pro, Gryphon, or Hercules. I am running a castle pro in my stretched Logo 10 (550s) and Savox(swash) and full size Futaba tail servo. A 5amp BEC is insuficient IMHO for a bird of this size. Also the Savox servos tend to be more power hungry than the Futabas. It's not worth the risk of running a small BEC. One crash due to a brownout will cost much more than a decent BEC. Don't cheap out here, it could cost you a lot more in the long run.
