Good to hear Matt.

Just some quick math I noticed though....

2 football fields (that's REAL football, mind you, not what our jibberish speaking English friends refer to as football)= 600 feet

that leaves 900' of tower that can land on your house. LOL!

I pointed that exact thing out to a friend of mine that lives close to the towers here. He didn't appreciate it.

Hey, I resemble that remark. Just off up the apples and pears to take the weight of my plates of meat and get a little Bo Peep.

Indeed thats true football. Blood, sweat, pigskin, and warriors. Not the footsy boys that I belive to all be a little pansy. Yeah I though about that and the way the wires that hold it are layed out theres no way to get me unless they all broke and God himself pushed it this way. The way works going I wished it would fall on the house. Let the insurance company buy the joint and I'd live in the camper

Hmmm Considering Football was invented in 1863 in England by a group of Cambridge University students, it would appear that it is indeed our brethren over the other side of the pond that are jibberish speaking

Always seems to me that 'American Football' was invented by some guys that saw real men playing Rugby Football but were worried about the pain so decided to wear body armour in case they hurt themselves

Oh and by the way, yes there IS a 'u' in Armour (and colour).

I don't want to throw fuel on the fire but how can it be called 'football' if you pick it up with your hands and run away from people??

Hopefully, I'm gonna get my t-rex tail setup good today and go down the field with Hatcam V2 and get a vid of my 2nd attempt at a flip.

I guess you got me there. Rugby is pretty brutal. But then again its wildly unorganized with no strategy. Just a bunch of guys running, kicking, pushing and biting. Oh well of course I don't watch to many sports. Who has time when theres helicopters

Some believe that US football is actually evolved from LaCrosse played by some of the plains Indian tribes.

Lol the amount of times I have heard this argument.

Like Gerd said we invented the phrase "football" for a sport first. Our football actually involves using your foot a lot more than american football.

Football over here is called "Football" You have to call yours "American football" For people to know which one you are talking about. When do you hear people say "British football"

One thing they do have in common is that they are both puffy sports.

Rugby might not be as 'organised' as american football, but you might as well play chess if you want a smart game. At least a rugby match flows more and theres not as many stop start stop start.

And not only does Armour and Colour have a 'U'. But 'Aluminium' is not 'Aluminum' And it is pronounced "Al-you-min-ee-um" not "Al-ooo-minum"

And paternising is pronounced "Pat-ran-izing" not "Pate-ran-izing"

Lol not having a go just being stupid

-Jonny

I don't care. i love playing rugby [ whilst I still can ] and I love watching the NFL. You cannot compare the 2 games as they are so different: bit akin to saying cricket is like hockey!!!!!!!
I went to Wembley last year to watch Chargers v Saints, and I'm going this Oct to see Patriots v Bucs.

Well the inevitable happened again. I'm just uploading the results onto YT, so will be back to post later once it's available to view.

Not really looked at crash damage yet, doesn't look too bad but noticed a broken control arm among the wreckage. I didn't really want to crash today, so i probably shouldn't have tried it as I was nervous before I even got to the field, and the wind was a bit gusty.
