Default Backlash between Flybar control and seesaw holder

Hi,

Today I discovered a problem on my KDS 450, there's a little bit backlash between the flybar control and the seesaw holder.. Does someone have this problem too and has someone a suggest for this problem? I think it gives a vibration so..

Here's a picture:

The arrow shows the place of the backlash..

Thx!

I'm sorry if there are some grammatical faults in the text

How big is the gap? Align 600's with a flybar are pretty famous for this problem and they still fly well, even with the gap. I think your vibration is caused somewhere else. (out of balance main blades, out of balance tail section)

Ye, it's not much. I found the problem of the shake, there was a problem with the maingear. But now, it's fixed and I have already flown with the KDS and he flies good so the backlash isn't a problem

There is a small washer that goes to one side of the cage, if it is lost there will be a gap/slop.

Ye, but the washer is just to big.
But the heli flies great now, also with the backlash..
