My Mqx got me started liking quads

Hello peeps. Im new to the quad game but been flyin helis for 3yrs now. I had picked up a Mqx and ever since then I have been liking quads. So The other day I picked up a gaui 330x and I am really liking it so stable.

I know they say put it in plane mode but its not a plane so I put it in heli mode. The reason for me doing that is so I can have throttle hold plus its a heli not a plank lol. Well here are some pics.

I'm fantasying buying one of these. How so far only flown it in the Phoenix simulator. It's great fun there.

Where did you get the colored rotor blades?

I was using the 8.5 props. www.Helicopterhobbies.com is where I got my from he is a great guy to deal with. Plus he don't have the overhead like wowhobbies and I think he ship for free too

I just now looked at your photos carefully. I like how you've replaced the wheels with landing skids. What landing skids did you use?

They are gaui landing gear optional. I would stick with the wheels or use other type of landing gear becuz of weight.

I am wanting to try one. What does the 330x weigh and where can I get one? I also got a mqx and it has gotten me hooked on quads!
