Yea, I thought you were getting the T600 and a few other things but you have everything to get it flying. And it looks like a good setup too!

Really good price. That man probably spent more or less £1000 on that heli.

If you don't get a video of it's first flight I will be cross Lol.

For some reason I think I will be getting a 600 sooner than I think. Just kidding I seriously need to do something about this addiction lol.

I will find my TX and write down my curves in abit for you. Although i am using the govenor at the moment so my curves are just back-up curves and not "tuned" curves.
You may need to re-set up the gov. from scratch, but i havnt sed that one so it may all be stored in the unit and not tx, but im not sure. Your carbsmart though is 100% a seperate unit and so you wont need to set that up if its done right. For that, i would have it all connected apart from the linkage to the mixture needle and you can check the positions of it during flight and if its moving and works then hook it up
Other than that, build it, set it up, and go fly

Thanks Grant

From what I can see the RevMax is not a true governor but more a rev limiter to stop overspeeding. Will get it flying first then look at both the Revmax and carbsmart.

Jonny, I will do my best to video the first flight but will not be great as it will be just me at the field.

The guy I bought it from lives 2 minutes from Skyline and in fact it was shipped by Skyline, so guess that is where most of it came from

Will loosen off the servos a bit, I also noticed the grommets looking squashed.

Richard Mead (Ricky) was the seller. If you do know him and see him, pass on my gratitude for such a great deal!

Flew 2 packs today and practiced inverted fig 8's. With my new 2100t gyro I can fly backwards again Only problem is the tail seems really bouncy and jerky (probably because of the cold and crappy servo/sloppy tail).

I'm considering upgrading the airframe on my belt cp, probably to an exi or mini titan. If I get the mini titan kit with motor and esc I'll be able to rebuild and sell a mostly stock belt cp.

Sounds like your progressing really quick Dan.

Nice to know you are now flying with a "Real" gyro. I still have the stock gyro on my EXI but I am going to buy a logictech 2100t maybe tomorrow. I'll have to look for any where that has them in stock.

I'm really looking forward to finally haveing a stable 450 size heli and not one that flops to the floor when it get's a 3 mph gust of wind lol. I'm also looking forward to trying out the self-calibrating thing that is does

Hey heli, I got those MG 90s today. They fit right in but pushed just a little on the frame behind the servo. I do have one problem. The pitch servo doesn't move very smooth. if i move the throttle up slowly it seems to grab a little causing the swash to rock on the way up. The SG 90 seemed to be doing the same thing also. Any ideas?

Check your main shaft for a barb,or a burr and sand it off also make sure to lube the shaft
( don't do it guys)All of mine run very smooth it has to be something other than the servo. I think something is catching on the swash plate!

Sorry about the crash man. Looks bad.
i popped the link off the servo itself and it still does it. I thought maybe the throttle pot was dirty but that would affect all three. I need to plug the elevator into the pitch and see if it starts ackting up. I just dont want to. I'm hoping its not the reciever

Could be dirty pots in the cyclic.if its just one servo try turning on the Tx and Rx give very slow left/right and up/down if the servos twitch than dirty pots. Also check this by tapping the top of the stick and see if the servos twitch. That is another good sign that you have dirty pots.

Another thought is it is a problem in your programing! with swash mix ATV or end points? I dont know exactly how that all works but I'm sure that someone here knows somthing!

Who knows. It works enough to have a controlled hover in the living room, So it'll be good enough for a fly on open land for a change. If not, i'll send some pictures like yours. Those servos have an a$$ load of torque though. They didn't budge when was putting the servo horns on

They survived that kind of crash too! They are great servos and yes have aload of torque! No pictures please unless they are like my first group. though I was surprised I cracked the frame in 3 pieces minus the flying shards that are missing.
